Richard C. 'Dick' Warner, Sr.

Richard Charles 'Dick' Warner, Sr., 82, of Star Drive, New Castle, died Saturday, June 2, 2018 at UPMC Jameson Hospital. He was born July 19, 1935 in Essex, New Jersey a son of the late

Helen (Pozak) Seybuck, he was also preceded in death by his step-father, Walter Seybuck. He was married to the late Adeline J. (DeLorenzo) Warner who died April 24, 2008. Mr. Warner worked at Shenango China and Rockwell International as a foreman for a number of years. He was a Navy veteran of the Korean War. He was a member of St. Vitus Church and enjoyed golfing, getting his first hole in one on number 16 at Sylvan Heights at 76 years old.

He is survived by three children, Mary Lynn Bucci and husband Gary of New Castle, Richard C. Warner, Jr. and wife Jean of Seven Fields, PA, and Frank J. Warner, Sr. and wife Sharlene of Shrevport, LA, two brothers, John Seybuck of Staten Island, NY, and Joseph Seybuck of The Villages, FL, seven grandchildren, April Cook, Karly Gennaro, Justin Bucci, Richard Warner, III, Jacob Warner, Frank Warner, and Angelicca Smiley, and three great grandchildren, Brayden, John, and Lily.

Visitation will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 from 4 PM to 7 PM.

Blessing services will be held Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at 7:00 P.M. at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home. Lauren DeFelice will be officiating.  Burial will be in the Parkside Cemetery. The New Castle Area Honor Guard will perform Military Funeral Rites at the funeral Home.
