Shirley Ann 'Toy' Landsbach

Shirley Ann ‘Toy’ Landsbach, 87, formerly of Beaver Falls, PA, died Sunday, April 21, 2024, at her residence in New Castle. She was born in Canton, OH, the daughter of the late Howard and Mary Ellen (Montgomery) Cook. Ms. Landsbach worked for Conley’s Restaurant in Beaver Falls, PA for a number of years, and then worked as a mushroom picker for Snow Top Mushroom Mine, retiring after 10 years. She enjoyed vegetable gardening, reading, traveling, and above all, loved being a grandmother.

She is survived by four children, Jack C. Landsbach of FL, Diane L. Cearfoss and her husband David of New Castle, Dennis L. Landsbach of New Brighton, and Jodi L. Brown and her husband James of Center Township, PA, eight grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, three great great-grandchildren, and her twin sister, Mary Louise Waite of Beaver.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by two brothers, four sisters, and her former husband, Jack Landsbach.

There are no services scheduled at this time. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue.
