Tammy Jo Mccluskey

Tammy Jo McCluskey, 54, of Reese Road in Plain Grove Township, died Friday, June 14, 2024, at her residence in Slippery Rock, PA. She was born in New Castle, on April 20, 1970, the daughter of the late John Holmes and Frances (Bennett) Holmes. She was also preceded in death by her stepfather, Francis Richard Zellnar. Tammy Jo was a Tri Axel Driver working for M & P Trucking, and Lindy Group, she also worked for AROCONIC CORP in the shipping and receiving department for 10 years. She enjoyed her yard work and mowing the lawn. Above all, she loved her grandchildren, and spending time with her family.

She is survived by two daughters, Brittany L. Chrzastek and her husband Cody of Red Level, AL, and Jessica McCluskey of New Castle, four grandchildren, Talon Price, Richard Nelson, Zane Chrzastek, and Conner Shaffer, one brother, John C. Holmes of Slippery Rock, one sister, Micki McCool and her husband Michael of Volant, niece and nephews, Cody Holmes, Shawn Holmes, and Bridget Smoker.

In addition to her parents and stepfather, she was also preceded in death by one nephew, Jeremy Coast.

Visitation will be held Friday, June 21, 2024, from 4 PM to 6 PM, at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue. Funeral services will be celebrated Friday, June 21, 2024, at 6:00 PM William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Rev. Matthew Bupp will officiate.
