Teresa Marie 'Terri' Pia

Teresa Marie ‘Terri’ Pia, 66, of N. Croton Avenue died Monday, February 27, 2023 at her residence in New Castle. She was born on May 14, 1956 in New Castle a daughter of the late Edward Ludovici, Sr., and Teresa ‘Mona’ (Nero) Ludovici, her mother survives in New Castle. Mrs. Pia married Robert J. Pia on June 11, 1977, he survives in New Castle. Mrs. Pia was a member of Holy Spirit Parish- St. Vitus. She worked in housekeeping at UPMC Jameson Hospital and Jameson Care Center retiring after 15 years. She enjoyed ceramics, playing cards, and watching the New England Patriots and Tom Brady. She especially loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.

In addition to her mother and husband, she is survived by three daughters, Marissa A. Kliem and husband Justin, Michelle C. Off and husband Charles, and Bobbilyn Mastropietro and husband Joe all of New Castle, two brothers, Edward Ludovici, Jr. and wife Laura and Vince Ludovici and wife Rita, two sisters, Sherry Ludovici and Carol Stone and husband Gary Stone Sr., eleven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Thursday, March 2, 2023 from 4 PM to 8 PM at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, March 3, 2023 at Holy Spirit Parish- St. Vitus Church at 10:00 AM. Father Aaron Kriss will officiate. A funeral procession will leave the funeral home at 9:30 AM. Burial will be in St. Vitus Cemetery.
