Thomas H. Cross

Thomas H. Cross, 71, of Moyer Road in Shenango Township, died Tuesday, October 8, 2024, at his residence in New Castle. He was born on October 21, 1952, in New Castle, the son of the late Harold and Rose (Ierino) Cross. Mr. Cross married Barbara Ann (Sullivan) Cross on December 15, 1973; she survives at home. Mr. Cross worked for Precision Metals in Ellport as a furnace operator. He was a member of Life of Lawrence County and enjoyed walking and vegetable gardening. He loved his dogs, Troubles, Sassy, Precious, and Daisy.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by three daughters, Jennifer L. Fair and her husband Charles of New Castle, Leann M. Rowe and her husband Daniel of Beaver Falls, and Carrie S. Ranieri and her husband Michael of Aliquippa, seven grandchildren, Skyler, Jacob, James, Nicolas, Alyssa, Michael, and Marisa, two brothers, John Cross and Larry Cross, and one sister, Donna Natzic.
Visitation will be held Friday, October 11, 2024, from 2 PM to 4 PM at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue. A funeral service will be celebrated Friday, October 11, 2024, at 4:00 PM at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Pastor Jeff McKay will officiate. Burial will be in Harmony Baptist Cemetery.
