Victoria Ann Talley

Victoria Ann Talley, 67, of Cambridge Avenue died Monday, May 1, 2023 at her residence in New Castle. She was born on August 21, 1955 in New Castle, a daughter of the late Ralph and Margaret (Nogee) Sawl. She married Tommie Lee Talley on April 20, 1991, he survives in New Castle. She was a manager of MCM and a bill collector for Calvary Portfolio Service in Phoenix, AZ for a number of years. She enjoyed crocheting, teaching people how to crochet, playing bingo, and reading novels.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by four children, Tawyna Stelter Talley, Marvin Talley, Trinity Stelter Talley and her husband Everett Dansby, and Neisheia Talley, one brother, Michael Sawl, one sister, Bonnie Sawl Maynard, and a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by one child, Zamara Talley.
There are no services scheduled at this time. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue.
