William O. Mullins, Sr.

William Owen Mullins, Sr., 46, of S. Atlantic Avenue died Wednesday, July 5, 2023 at UPMC Jameson Hospital. He was born in New Castle on September 13, 1976, the son of Charles Mullins, and the late Karen (Craven) McConnaughy. Mr. Mullins married Lorrie May (Barnes) Mullins on October 14, 1995, she survives in New Castle. Mr. Mullins worked as a line worker for Ornua Ingredients North America. He enjoyed gaming, playing horseshoes, fishing, and playing the guitar. Above all he loved spending time with his family.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by four sons, William O. Mullins Jr., and Nina of Edinburg, Justin D. Mullins and Madi, Jacob I. Mullins and Eden, and Brandon M. Mullins all of New Castle, one granddaughter, Starly Elizabeth May Mullins, three brothers, Doug Mullins of New Castle, Davie Colich of Farrell, David James McConnaughy of New Castle, and one sister, Ashely S. Alwahkyan of New Castle.
